Kobalt Tools Exceptional Customer Service - Kobalt compressor
I have long been a loyal Kobalt Tool customer after I had an issue with a miter saw stand and their customer service was phenomenal in addressing. Recently i convinced my son to purchase a Kobalt air compressor and wouldn't you know it was damaged. He called Kobalt customer service and there was no questions asked except where can we send the replacement parts. He received them today and not only did he receive the parts he needed but the whole assembly. Now Kobalt has made another life long customer. So if you are thinking about buying tools or equipment then i would suggest Kobalt before any other.
